Training & Workmanship
Compulink is Committed to training all team members to IPC/WHMA workmanship standards
Compulink has dedicated the resources to train all team members to the IPC/WHMA workmanship standard for cable and harness assembly. We have a dedicated training facility with instructors certified through “train the trainer” classes to the IPC/WHMA workmanship standard. In addition, we train all team members to the Compulink Quality Management System which has been audited and approved to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016.
Training records are maintained and available for review.
Training
Compulink has an established full-time training program for the IPC-620 workmanship standard for cable and harness assembly and J-STD-001 (IPC Level A Instructor/Trainer)
- Two team members have been certified in IPC-620 cable and harness assembly workmanship standards and J-STD-001 “train the trainer” classes.
- Skill specific training is ongoing in soldering techniques, crimping, insertion/extraction, cable preparation, etc.
- All new resources participate in a training program which includes IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification, J-STD-001 (job role specific) and Compulink CSP. (Compulink Systems and Procedures Training)
