Every Team Member Is Trained to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Workmanship Standards For Cable And Harness Assembly

We train every team member to the IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standard for cable and harness assembly. Each team member as well as our supply chain is viewed as a vital link in our quality system. Our crimp quality assurance lab provides a comprehensive review of overall crimp quality to include pull testing, tool selection and process verification. Visual analysis of crimps, welds and splices is performed on our Schleuniger® MicroGraph System (MGS) which creates high precision cross sectional pictures which can be measured and compared to industry standards.
